Here at CeleBritty, WE PROMISE to ONLY ask questions that reflect you and your story in a POSITIVE light (no bait and switch and no negative questions ). We are an inspiration-based platform and we'll NEVER ask questions that make you feel uncomfortable or unflattering. Should you be selected, you'll also receive an overview of your questions at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled interview. However, if you have any specific points you want to cover (OPTIONAL) please list them below.

Shoot Date Availability 📅

Shoot locations will determined based on your location and availability. We currently shoot on Saturdays and/or Sundays of every month. Please list all of your upcoming availability. You can select up to six dates. Your shoot will be scheduled to start anywhere between 12PM and 5PM and should last between one and two hours.

I acknowledge that (should I be selected to appear) I will be required to sign the Guest Release Form.

I consent to my episode being filmed, edited, and distributed on all platforms.

I consent to clips of my episode being used in trailers or promotional materials.

I consent to the recording being used for promotional short-form content (YouTube Shorts, reels, TikTok, etc.).
