We are an inspiration-based platform and we'll NEVER ask questions that make you feel uncomfortable or unflattering. We'll schedule your shoot around your availability. We currently film on Saturdays. Please select up to 4 dates you are available. Your shoot will be scheduled to start anywhere between 12PM and 5PM and should last between one and two hours.

Travel accommodations (if applicable) will be coordinated and managed directly by the CeleBritty team upon booking confirmation.

Permissions & Media Release

I acknowledge that I may be required to sign an additional Guest Release Form.

I consent to my episode being filmed, edited, and distributed on all platforms.

I consent to clips of my episode being used in trailers or promotional materials.

I understand that travel accommodations (if applicable) are arranged specifically for my scheduled filming date, and I commit to honoring my confirmed date once travel has been secured.
