This agreement outlines the role and responsibilities of the Sponsorship Outreach Representative (“Representative”) for CeleBritty Talk Show.
Scope of Role
The Representative’s role is limited to introducing potential sponsors to CeleBritty Talk Show and directing them to official sponsorship materials and inquiry forms.
Authority
The Representative does not have authority to:
Approve sponsorships
Negotiate pricing or benefits
Make guarantees or promises
Collect payments
Provide ANY fillable documentation, contracts, or agreements on behalf of CeleBritty Talk Show and/or CeleBritty Productions
Represent themselves as a decision-maker for CeleBritty Talk Show
All sponsorship decisions are made solely by the CeleBritty Productions team.
Compensation
The Representative will receive a commission of 20% for each sponsorship that:
Is approved by CeleBritty Talk Show
Has a signed sponsorship agreement
Has payment successfully received
Commissions are paid within two days of payment confirmation.
Brand Representation
The Representative agrees to:
Use only approved scripts and materials
Maintain professionalism and accuracy
Protect the integrity and reputation of CeleBritty Talk Show
Confidentiality
All internal information, materials, and contacts and/or agreements must remain confidential.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party; however, representative must do so in writing. Representatives agree not to independently solicit or contract with sponsors introduced through CeleBritty Talk Show for a period of 12 months following termination. Any representative, contractor or other individual found collecting funds on behalf of CeleBritty Talk Show and/or CeleBritty Productions will face legal consequences for breach of contract.
